About us
Founder / Director: Craig Kinnersley - Craig is responsible for creating the original AgreeYourFee concept and turning it from a beer mat sketch into the business you see today. The idea first occurred to him at Clapham Tube Station, waiting for a train on a very crowded Northern Line platform. Proving that inspiration can strike at any time! Craig has previously held National Director positions at leading FMCG businesses, running and hiring field sales teams. More recently he's been co-owner of a recruitment company, which he sold in November 2008 to concentrate on AgreeYourFee.
From 2004, (in addition to recruitment) Craig was also instrumental in creating inspireplus.com. Inspireplus offered businesses online motivational tools and incentive packages. Craig exited inspireplus.com in February 2009, selling his stake to third-party investors.
Director: Ben Elkington - Up to his neck in paperwork, Ben is one of those people that likes to organise and solve problems. Unsurprisingly, he runs the AgreeYourFee office and amongst other things is responsible for making sure the bills get paid! He was a Mac user before it was cool and loves to be ahead of the curve with new technology. Ben's background includes an MSc and over a decade of business to business experience. He's also been responsible for selecting and employing new staff.
Non-Executive Director: Adrian Kinnersley - Adrian is always on hand to provide an opinion and despite being Craig's brother he's straight talking and to the point, which helps greatly! Adrian has been active in the recruitment business for over ten years. He rapidly moved through the ranks, building an impressive reputation within the industry. More recently, he was instrumental in a £17.5m MBO of a major city recruitment company, based in London and Asia.
Web Development / Support: Paul Boreham- Paul's passion for programming computers started at around 10 years old - when his parents bought him an Atari computer! 22 years later, he's now a qualified CIW Internet Web Master. In addition, he gained commercial experience at a medium sized consultancy, which included roles as Lead Developer and then Project Manager. All of which means he can easily look after AgreeYourFee.com. Paul is also 'Freelance Web Designer/Developer' and can be found here: www.paulborehamwebdesign.co.uk
