Pricing information
Only employers receive an invoice from AgreeYourFee - the invoice is sent out on the day the candidate starts work. However, in effect we charge both employers and recruiters for filling a vacancy or making a placement (this is explained in the How are the fees calculated? section below).
To be clear, for an invoice to be raised by AgreeYourFee a vacancy must be filled by a candidate, supplied by a registered recruiter using the site. There are no other costs associated with AgreeYourFee - there is no charge for employers or recruiters to register. Employers are not charged for placing adverts on the job board! How are the fees calculated?AgreeYourFee charge a flat rate of 15%. This charge is deducted from the 'Total Fee' which is set by an employer when posting a vacancy. Let's show you an example of this actual process - taken from an advertised vacancy:
In this instance, the Job Salary has been set at £20,000 and the employer has chosen to pay a recruiter 19% of the salary to fill the vacancy - which is £3,800. AgreeYourFee charge 15% of this amount.
Therefore, the published fee on offer to recruiter is £3230 and the AgreeYourFee charge is £570. Add the two together and it comes to £3800!
In effect we're charging the employer 7.5% and the recruiter 7.5%...
Lets show you how this advert appears on the job board, as recruiters see it:
How much will employers be invoiced? That’s up to the employer - remember, employers set the fee level by adjusting the 'Fee' %, when posting new vacancies.
At the end of the AgreeYourFee process employers enter the actual starting salary into the site and and the final invoice total is displayed.
Obviously, people tend to negotiate their starting salary and the site allows you to do this but the 'Commission Amount' % is fixed at the advertised level. Recruiters receive a confirmation email of the final invoice amount and this figure is displayed in their personal account.
